The room was spacious. It had a comfortable bed (i slept soundly every night). The staff were friendly and helpful. A metro station was a short walk away. This made getting around the city easy.
The gym equipment looked a little dated.

The reception staff offered a welcome drink upon arrival. the minibar had affordable options. breakfast offered a very good choice. I particularly appreciated the variety.

amazing stay, was like home

warm welcome free suite safe feeling
i was welcomed with such warmth. The staff were amazing! one kind gentleman at the door took my luggage directly to my suite and i was upgraded for free. the hotel was super clean. It was maintained beautifully and i really felt safe. the location made it easy to get around, just a short walk to the night market.
the minibar fridge was fully stocked with drinks. it would be beneficial if the fridge could be emptied upon arrival to allow guests to store their personal items inside.

The staff was friendly and efficient, resolving issues quickly. cleaning was very detailed especially in bathrooms. reception was always available to assist. It was a great experience.

my room was spacious and very clean with all basic facilities! the bed was comfortable. the blackout curtains made the room very dark for sleeping. it was very quiet.
